Judges Dr.Fabian Daza (Colombia)
I was born in Barranquilla, Colombia, I am Doctor in Urology and
have been involved in the hobby dog from an early age.
I started breeding French Bulldog in the country, winning the
championship title with the suffix Dazsan du Upari Since the beginning of the
breeding I have tried to get high quality dogs that have competed in
Colombia and other countries of the American continent. Also, I started
Raising Norwich Terrier and Bull Terrier.
I have been involved for many years in the education of physicians in
my specialty in various undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the
country, I have taken this commitment to the canine fancy. As a member of
the Association Club Canino Colombiano, I have actively participated in all
events in the educational and training process of new judges to be
performed under the guidance of the Association. I have been Member of
the Board of the same, actually as Secretary General, and I am currently
President of Bogot Kennel Club, associated with the ACCC. I have actively
participated in meetings of Latin American Canine Club (America and the
Caribbean Section FCI) and SICALAM, Delegate of Colombia to the General
Assembly of the FCI in Paris and participated in several conferences for
Judges and Breeders Canine.
Currently licensed as a National All Breed Judge and international judge to
for Best in Show, FCI groups I, II, III, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X and breeds Samoyed,
Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Husky and Chow Chow from group V, given by
the Association Club Canino Colombiano.
I have judged in Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, for the Ladies'
Kennel Club in the United States, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Chile and South
Africa.
Judges Mr. Peter John Cutler (Australia)
My introduction to the dog world was at the age of eight when I started showing Dobermans with
my aunty then progressing to handling Rottweilers. I showed these two breeds for a number of years then
along came my love of long coats. I was a foundation member of the Shih Tzu Club of New South Wales.
After showing Shih Tzu for only a short time my school commitments meant that I needed a break from
showing. Due to my love of dogs I always managed to attend all the major shows as a spectator.
I then married and started my involvement with horses and moved to the United States of America.
After moving back to Australia my wife, Tricia, and I started showing Maltese in 1986. After only a short
time showing we were approached by Mistyhaven Kennels and asked to campaign a male for them. This
dog was Ch Mistyhaven Wata Boutme who went on to become one of the breed’s all time top winning dogs
with over 30 Best In Shows to his credit.
My wife Tricia and I have bred in excess of 20 Champions, under the prefix of Merimalt, many of
which have been Multi Best In Show All Breeds and Specialty winners. For approximately ten years we
successfully campaigned Maltese for Ms. Patricia Nicholson, Patrician Maltese of New Zealand. Our most
successful Maltese was Patrician Phantom who won Best In Show at the prestigious Sydney Royal Easter
Dog Show. His son Sup Grand Ch Merimalt Hocus Pocus won Best in Toy Group and 3rd Best In Show at
Sydney Royal 2006. He went on to win the Toy Group at Sydney Royal in 2007 and 2008 which is a record
for any toy breed in Australia. We also campaigned Am Ch & Aust Sup Gr Ch Lafford Kajen Phantasy
(imp UK) for Mrs Carol Lees who was #1 Toy in Australia and #5 All Breeds Dog in Australia in 2009 and
at the present time we are showing Aust Sup Grand Ch Merimalt Merlins Apprentice which is a son of
Hocus pocus and he is following on in his fathers and grandfathers foot steps .
I have handled many breeds including Doberman, Rottweiler, Pekingese ,Pugs , Italian Greyhounds,
Shih Tzu, Afghan Hounds and Miniature Schnauzer. I was the President of the Maltese Club of N.S.W. for
15 years. I am the Vice President of County of Cumberland Kennel Club Inc.
My wife and I conduct the Maltese Breed Lecture for judges training candidates here in Sydney.
We have also presented the Maltese Breed Lecture for the trainee judges in Singapore and Malaysia.
My wife and I have presented a handling workshop at the American Maltese Kennel Club National
Specialty and have been contracted to handle at National Specialties in America. I have been Assistant Toy
Group Coordinator of the Judges Training Scheme on Practical and Lecture days for the past 10 years.
My wife and I conduct the Maltese Breed Lecture for judges training candidates here in Sydney.
We have also presented the Maltese Breed Lecture for the trainee judges in Singapore and Malaysia.
I am a licenced ANKC Toy and Non Sporting Group Judge in the auspices of the FCI.
I have judged throughout Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and the Philippines.and later this year
in Canada
I am also an ANKC Accredited Assessor.
Judges Mr. Bessho Santoshi (Japan)
At the age 10, spent time with Japanese Akita, Japanese
Spitz and German shepherd Dogs at close Friends in my infancy.
In 1950, A possession of my father a German shepherd dog won the
prize Japan inVA1 male (become Japanese NO1)
In 1997, my possession dog German shepherd dog ‘ Alf OF zazen ‘
( male) won the prize in; VA1 ( become Japanese NO1)
Since 1975 I`ve begun to breed Pomeranians and been concerned in
breedingGerman shepherd Dogs, Papillon, Toy Poodles, standard
Poodles, others.
At the age of 12 Iwon the BIS prize as a handler with German
shepherd and Japanese spit .
As a1, handler from 1973 to 1987 In 1985 I played a part as a handler of the Pomeranians in particular. In 1985 I was chosen as a NO1 excellent
handler(Promotion news) I got BIS with Pomeranian 23 time and R BIS. 15times this year 1n 1988 I retired as a handler and became a judge.

Mr.Peerapong’s interest in dogs started when he was very young, owning his first dog at three and a half years
of age. He started showing with GSH in 1986. He dedicated himself seriously to the showing and breeding of
Boxers with very satisfying results and considerable success. His first Champion Boxer is considered to be the
second Boxer Champion that was born in the country. He has been involved with the leading breed clubs in
Thailand and been in positions in many breed clubs such as the vice chairman, the secretary, and the consultant.
At home he grew up amongst his mothers’ and sisters ‘ various breeds, over time these included the Poodle,
Miniature Pinscher., Cocker Spaniel, Fox Terrier, Chihuahua, Bull Dog, Doberman, Pug, Pekingese,
Pomeranian, Thai Ridgeback, Chow, Golden Retriever, and others.
After finished his Master Degree in 1999, he attained the Kennel Club of Thailand (KCTH)’s first judging
trainings for two years, and been trained by many noted F.C.I’s judges-the president- and the board of
committees, the ANKC’s chairman of judging training, KC’s of UK and AKC’s well known judges, set in
Thailand and Asia including many courses in Japan and other Asian countries. He passed the F.C.I’s
standardized tests, AKU’s (Asian Kennel Union) and KCTH’s examinations and procedures with an exceptional
score in Asia and still the highest score of the country.
Later, he became accredited as a Boxer judge in 2001. He was invited to be a member of the KCTH’s Judging
Committees, and was voted in as their secretary. He continued to attain other Group judge status, passing the
club procedures and became a Working group judge, Hound group judge and all other groups in the period of 10
years as F.C.I’s requirements and became an F.C.I’s accredited All rounder (Internationally type A) since 2011.
He has been invited by many noted institutes in Thailand such as leading Universities and The Dog Training
Centres of the Police, Army and Air Force as their guest speaker and Professor and been invited to talk about
the dog breed and Dog issues in many TV programs even now a day. He has been a consultant for Thailand’s
biggest research centre and the Perfect Companion Group ltd, where he produced many Grand Thailand, Grand
American and International Champions from his breeding program. This involved many different breeds under
his Perfect Companion’s prefix including many times, the number one Beagle of Thailand in many years
including 2009 2012-2013, top twenty Beagle in USA for two years (including AOM-Westminster, AOE-World
Challenge2009, BOS-World Challenge2012, AOM Westminster 2014), Number one Toy Poodle, Number Two
Pomeranian, top winning Goldens and other breeds. Many of them are Multiple BIS winners in Thailand,
Philippine, and Indonesia which all his bred champions are over 100 champions so far from his twenty five
years experiences.
Prof.Peerapong has been invited to judge internationally, including many times judging Best in Show for
ANKC’s, AKU’s, F.C.I’s International shows in Thailand, PCCI (Philippine), JKC (Japan), PERKIN
(Indonesia), Australia, South Africa, India, BIS CKU China and the group judge of the well known Eurasia Dog
Show(total entries over 17,000 entries)- two times (Sporting and Spitz group), Best in Show in Vladivostok,
